The issue was caused by an unplanned change of the outgoing IP addresses of the clusters by SAP, which should not have happened.
SAP tried to recovered the original IPs, but due to technical limitations, restoring the original IPs is not possible.
This leads into problems accessing the application when an IP whitelisting is active in SuccessFactors.
To resolve this issue the new IP adresses of our clusters need to be whitelistet in SuccessFactors and any other component communicating with our application (for example SFTP servers).
We have actively informed every customer we were aware of using IP whitelisting in SuccessFactors.
