After thorough investigation, we have confirmed that there have been no changes to the network infrastructure or IP addresses on our end. The application and its associated services have remained fully operational without any disruptions.
It appears that the reported issues were due to isolated misconfigurations in the IP whitelisting settings on some customers' systems.

The issue could be identified. There has been a breaking change in the configuration of the Authorization & Trust Management service from SAP, which was not originally expected to have an impact on our applications. A configuration patch has been rolled out to resolve the issue. Login to the application should now be possible again.
